Our approach

Espace Hypoténuse was born in September 2021 out of a passionate desire to create a safe, holistic care space for everyone. As healthcare professionals and proud members of the LGBTQ+ community, we’re driven to promote health, well-being, and a deep respect for diversity.
At Espace Hypoténuse, you’ll discover how to cultivate and maintain your well-being with the support of a skilled, multidisciplinary team that places you at the heart of the process, no matter who you are. We’re here to support you in thriving in every way we can.

A Place for You

On a personal level, we are eager to get to know you and understand your unique needs.

As therapists, our goal is to collaborate with you in defining what health means to you. Together, we will explore and understand what this looks like, so that we can guide and support you in achieving your well-being and finding your ideal balance.

Whenever necessary, we will work closely with your traditional medical providers, community organizations, other support systems, and any individual or collective initiatives that are part of your journey.

I started my career in healthcare as a nurse from 2002 to 2017 at Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal, where I got to work in several departments like cardiovascular medicine, the ER, and intensive care.
Naturally curious and with a growing interest in holistic manual therapy, I decided to study osteopathy part-time at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal.

After my third year, I earned my practice license and started working at a clinic in 2012.

In July 2015, I had the amazing opportunity to join a humanitarian mission in Peru with Osteopathy Without Borders as part of an academic internship. It was an unforgettable and enriching experience.

I graduated from my first cycle in June 2014 and completed my second cycle in December 2019.

On a personal note, I’m passionate about Breathwork and regularly take part in workshops. I truly believe that personal growth plays a huge role in helping me better support my patients on their healing journey.

I’ve also taken workshops in heart coherence, which is all about boosting daily energy and helping manage stress.

With a caring and attentive approach, I focus on helping people regain balance in all aspects of their lives—physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Your well-being is really important to me.

I’m comfortable working with all kinds of clients, of all ages.

I offer a safe and supportive space where you can share your questions, concerns, and fears. Using humanistic-existential approaches, CBT, and attachment theory, my aim is to help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and support your personal growth.

In a world where sexuality is often a taboo topic, and where mainstream norms can exclude sexual and gender diversity, I believe that sexual pleasure is a matter of social justice.

While recognizing the impact of oppression on individuals, I truly believe that everyone has the ability to develop the tools they need to thrive in their lives and sexuality.

Together, we can work through any challenges and find personalized solutions that fit your needs. Feel free to reach out and start the journey towards a more satisfying and fulfilling sex life.

I’m fascinated by how the brain works and the amazing power of the unconscious mind. I offer hypnotherapy in a space where you can feel heard and supported. In today’s fast-paced world, where stress and the pressure to be productive are constant, hypnosis gives you a chance to slow down and take a break.

Hypnosis is primarily a great way to relax, but it can also help with things like anxiety, phobias, sleep problems, addictions, chronic pain (always in coordination with your doctor), and improving performance. I also teach self-hypnosis techniques so you can continue the work on your own.
