Gaëlle Heilig - Osteopath & Massage therapist

  • (They/them) -Trauma informed therapist-

After an eclectic journey in France, marked by military service, a career as a high-level athlete, and a deep curiosity about psychology and language, I decided to immigrate to Quebec. My goal was to satisfy my curiosity and explore the possibility of entering the field of helping relationships, while gaining experience in alternative healthcare and the human body.

Upon arriving in Montreal in 2013, I first graduated in Kinetic Swedish Massage® from the Kiné-Concept Institute. Later, I completed the first cycle of full-time osteopathy at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal in December 2017, obtaining my right to practice. In 2019, I earned my second-cycle diploma in osteopathy, following research on sensory perception and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

It was a revelation. Neuroscience fascinates me, and understanding our brain, emotions, and the effects of trauma on our bodies is something I’m incredibly curious to explore. I am deeply committed to understanding the human being in its entirety: physically, emotionally, psychologically, and cognitively.

Osteopathy is a path of tissue dialogue and support for your muscle, structural, fluid, emotional, and other releases. I’m excited to now be part of training new osteopaths through teaching, mentoring, and supervision.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), especially the Vodder method, is a gentle, non-invasive yet powerful therapy that supports the body's natural ability to heal and regulate fluid balance. It is widely known for its benefits in pre- and post-operative care, but its applications extend far beyond surgery.

By enhancing lymphatic circulation, MLD helps reduce fluid retention, promote tissue regeneration, decrease inflammation, and support immune function. It can also be a valuable tool for managing symptoms of both chronic and acute conditions, provided there are no contraindications.

Pre and Post-Surgical & Injury Recovery

    Prepares the body for surgery
Accelerates post-op healing – Minimizes fluid retention, swelling, and bruising and helps the body recover faster from anesthesia.
Prevents fibrosis and scar adhesions – Supports skin and tissue regeneration.
Reduces pain and discomfort – Supports nervous system regulation and relieves tension.

MLD is commonly recommended for procedures such as:

Gender-affirming care (top surgery, facial feminization surgery, body contouring, phalloplasty, vaginoplasty, etc.)

    • Liposuction, facelifts, tummy tucks, and body contouring

    • Breast augmentation, reduction, explant surgery, and mastectomy

    • Orthopedic surgeries (knee arthroplasty, ligament repair, joint replacements, fractures, etc.)

    • C-sections and abdominal surgeries

Marie-France Dion - Osteopath

  • (she/her)

I began my career in healthcare as a nurse from 2002 to 2017 at Hôtel-Dieu in Montreal, where I gained experience in various departments, including cardiovascular medicine, emergency care, and intensive care.

Curious by nature and increasingly interested in holistic manual therapy, I enrolled in the part-time osteopathy program at the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal.

After completing the third year, I earned my license to practice and started working in a clinic in 2012.

In July 2015, through the organization "Osteopathy Without Borders" as part of an academic internship, I participated in a humanitarian mission in Peru—an extraordinary and enriching experience.

I graduated with my first-cycle diploma in June 2014 and obtained my second-cycle diploma in December 2019.

On a personal level, I regularly participate in Breathwork workshops, convinced that personal growth enhances the therapeutic support provided to patients on their path to healing. I have also participated in heart coherence workshops aimed at boosting vitality and aiding stress management.

With attentive listening and precision, my holistic approach seeks to restore balance across the different dimensions of the human experience—physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and more. I am deeply committed to the well-being of my patients and adapt my care to diverse clientele and age groups.

Anne-Claudel Parr - Sexologist

  • (she/her)

In a safe and compassionate space, I invite you to share your questions, concerns, and fears. Drawing on humanistic-existential approaches, CBT, and attachment theory, my goal is to help my clients develop greater self-awareness, along with an understanding of their thoughts and emotions, to foster personal growth.

In a world where sexuality is often taboo, and dominant norms exclude sexual and gender diversity, I advocate that sexual pleasure is a matter of social justice.

While recognizing the impact of oppression on individuals, I firmly believe that everyone has the power to develop tools for flourishing in life and sexuality. Together, we can overcome obstacles and find solutions tailored to your individual needs. Feel free to contact me to begin this journey toward the fulfilling sexual life you aspire to.

"Nothing exists for those who strive to keep their eyes closed. Nothing exists for those who strive not to see. Serenity comes when we accept ourselves."

For some, this means accepting who they are and what they have experienced. For others, it means accepting what they are living through and who they are becoming.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool for exploring the depths of our being, unlocking untapped potential, and transforming limiting patterns.

    The Journey of Hypnosis

After starting in business school and spending 10 years in a field that wasn’t right for me, I transitioned into my passion: therapy.

A naturally inquisitive person, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery a few years ago, uncovering various aspects of my personality and behavior—some beautiful and others less helpful.

Through this journey, I explored traditional psychology, hypnosis, NLP coaching, naturopathy, and other approaches. Each played a role in my pursuit of a serene life. Hypnosis was pivotal in addressing issues such as generalized anxiety, allowing me to rebuild my life with self-kindness, patience, and confidence—a journey that continues every day.

This experience inspired me to help others unlock their own resources. I sincerely believe that everyone possesses unlimited potential; it’s just a matter of letting the necessary tools emerge.
